Don’t Be Scared Of Salt!

Conventional medicine has spent years warning us about the dangers of salt… but I’m here to tell you not to fear this essential mineral! Salt is SO important for your health and in my practice I often see clients not consuming ENOUGH sodium 🤯

Minerals are the spark plugs to the body, unlocking energy and they are absolutely necessary to run our metabolism! The big three minerals are sodium, potassium, and magnesium - we need all of these to work in harmony in order to feel energized, reduce puffiness, avoid muscle cramps and keep our gut, hormones and metabolism healthy!

 

So how exactly can salt help us?!

Sodium specifically helps to regulate blood pressure, supports nerve health, increases nutrient absorption and maintains muscle function. But in today’s conventional medicine environment, most clients come to me fearing sodium and avoiding it in their diets.
